Repair Service
* HUI-Tenda's full range of products provide guaranteed return, guaranteed replacement, and warranty services, 
with a two-year warranty period
*The product guarantee return, guarantee replacement, and warranty period are calculated from the date of sale. 
(Based on the production date of the machine label)
*If the product is discontinued during the warranty period, it will be replaced with a product with equivalent performance.
* Guaranteed return, guaranteed replacement, and warranty products are good products.
*For products that have been guaranteed return, guaranteed replacement and warranty by Hongrui, the guaranteed return, 
guaranteed replacement and warranty period is still based on the original product.
*It is a custom-made product (unconventional product), and the company does not provide return service.
*If the products beyond the free warranty period cannot be repaired due to the degree of damage, lack of spare parts
 supply or other uncontrollable factors, the company will no longer provide maintenance services.
*Free return: within the free return period from the date of sale (subject to the date of the official delivery note, the same
 below), if the product fails to work properly due to its own quality problems, the customer can choose to return, 
replace or fail parts repair.
*Free replacement: During the free replacement period from the date of sale, if the product fails to work properly due to 
its own quality problems, the customer can choose to replace or repair the faulty parts (the product must be guaranteed 
to have no physical damage and no damage to the shell).
*Free warranty: During the free warranty period from the date of sale, if the product fails to work properly due to its own
 quality problems, the company will provide free maintenance services.
*The scope of guaranteed return, guaranteed replacement and warranty is limited to the product host. Accessories such 
as power cords, various connecting cables, and manuals are not within the scope of the warranty period.

Warranty Service

*In any of the following situations, it does not belong to the warranty coverage, 
  warranty replacement, and warranty coverage
* Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, maintenance and storage not in accordance 
   with the requirements of the instruction manual.
*It has exceeded the guarantee period, guarantee exchange and warranty period.
* Unauthorized alteration and tearing of product barcodes.
* Without permission, modify the inherent setting file or disassemble the machine for repair without authorization.
* Product damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior, such as inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, 
   water ingress, mechanical damage, breakage, severe oxidation or rust of the product, etc.
*Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the return from the customer for repair.
*Product failure or damage due to earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning strikes, etc.
*Other failures or damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing, 
  quality and other problems of the product itself.

Warranty Range

*For products that are not covered by the replacement warranty, our company can provide paid maintenance services 
  and charge customers a certain maintenance fee, material fee and shipping fee.
* For products after paid repair, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period within three months 
  from the date of repair.
*Customers or dealers send the repaired products to our company for the freight to be borne by the customers or dealers, 
  and our company to send the repaired products to customers or dealers for the freight to be borne by our company.
